This online registration form must be submitted by or before 11:59 PM on October 9rd, 2026. All convention attendees who use the online registration form will benefit from lower registration and lower meal costs. It is to your advantage to prepay for both registration and meals.
If you are registering multiple people for the convention, you MUST fill out a separate form for each attendee.

All activities take place at the Hyatt Regency Lisle in Lisle, Illinois. Convention Room nights are Oct. 22-25. Hotel phone is (888) 421-1442.
If you and/or your child need a reasonable accommodation in order to actively participate in the state convention of the National Federation of the Blind of Illinois, please contact Denise Avant, (773) 991-8050. The deadline for such requests is October 2.

In lieu of kid’s camp, the National Federation of the Blind of Illinois will provide a kid’s playroom at the state convention. The playroom will be open during all general sessions and the banquet. The playroom will have toys and art supplies and all activities must be supervised by an adult. The National Federation of the Blind of Illinois will not be staffing the playroom and assumes no liability.
You can obtain assistance with online registration by calling Marilyn Green at (312) 343-8396. You may pay for meals later, but please remember that each meal will cost you more if you do so.
The National Federation of the Blind of Illinois observes the new member onboarding process of its parent organization, the National Federation of the Blind. Thus, the state convention registration form should only be used by current dues paying members for renewal of their membership. If you are interested in joining a chapter/division of the National Federation of the Blind of Illinois or if your payment of dues has lapsed(two or more years), please contact the chapter/division president to ask about our new member onboarding process. Payment of membership dues via this registration form by any person who is not a current dues paying member will be considered a general donation to the National Federation of the Blind of Illinois. I agree to the media release form found at www.nfbofillinois.org/media-release-agreement. This is an in-person convention and I understand that my voice and or image will be transmitted through streaming audio if I participate in activities at the NFBI state convention.
Exhibiting includes one skirted 6 foot table, but does not include cost of an electrical hook up which will be passed on to exhibitors requesting electricity. Exhibitors needing extraordinary setups should contact Patti Chang at pattischang@gmail.com.
Exhibitors will be showing from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 23 and from 8:00 to 11:00a.m. on Saturday, October 24, 2026.
